Constructed in 1875, the current renovations have brought new life while protecting its background. 4/5 Bedrooms (sleeps 10) with 4 living areas– perfect for 2 to 4 couples or 2 households.

In 2018 remodellings were completed – adding an enormous contemporary, open plan kitchen, eating & lounge area, along with brand-new shower rooms, restored ensuites as well as a 5-6 individual outside health spa – bringing new life to Elm Tree Lodge.

The gardens have also seen substantial work – with over 400 new trees/bushes planted, over 1600sqm of lawn laid/grown, along with over 20 meters of increased yard beds for the cooking area garden.

Massive kitchen complete with twin oven & 8 burner stove, 3 sinks, microwave, dish washer, huge BBQ & pizza oven.

The spectacular 12 seat table is just one of the central parts of your home. The copper overhead lights, together with the nearby fire places, provides the excellent spot for hours of dining.

The north edge of the new building catches lots of sunlight & ignores the large grass garden. Big wood heater (can take a 2 foot log) provides a lot of heat & atmosphere. Heated sleek concrete floor and air-conditioning throughout the new expansion.

Kick back in the large 1890’s grand room, under a substantial chandelier on one of the 3 big sofas by the open fireplace. Functions 10-foot double put up sash windows and insane old red velour drapes.

A take in the 5 person health spa is the perfect means to take a break from a day of biking, shopping, a glass of wine tasting, antique acquiring, skiing and even a vigorous video game of croquet (on the primary lawn).

Enjoy outside dining year round at our 12 seat table, which is situated beside the pizza stove & 6 heater BBQ.
