Terms : Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
To proceed with bookings, a deposit of 25% of total tariff is required, however we
can hold your card number as security for the following policy.
Cancellations with more than fourteen days notice will have the deposit refunded,
with the exception of a $15.00 cancellation fee, which will be deducted.
Modification to dates is required 14 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations within seven to fourteen days, will forfeit the total deposit.
Cancellations within four to seven days, will forfeit 50% of the total tariff.
Cancellations within four days will forfeit 75% of room tariff.
Arrivals 2pm onwards, Departures 11am or before.
Payment by Visa, Mastercard, Cash. Readers of this site can get a 5% discount on bookings if the Bed-Breakfast site is mentioned on reservation.
