Forgandenny Bed & Breakfast is a magnificent heritage listed Federation home. (Circa 1900). Commissioned by Dr Charles Edward Lester, (the first Surgeon to practice in Mudgee), Forgandenny House was designed by Harrold Hardwick, and built by master craftsmen, Collier & Carmichael, and served as the Doctors residence and surgical practice for 97 years, before being reborn into serving the tourism industry as one of the finest Bed & Breakfast accommodation Mudgee has to offer. Located only 250m from the town centre, and overlooking Lawson Park, and Cudgegong River, the scene is set for our guests relaxation and enjoyment.

Cancellations with more than fourteen days notice will have the deposit refunded,
with the exception of a $15.00 cancellation fee, which will be deducted.

Modification to dates is required 14 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellations within seven to fourteen days, will forfeit the total deposit.

Cancellations within four to seven days, will forfeit 50% of the total tariff.

Cancellations within four days will forfeit 75% of room tariff.

Arrivals 2pm onwards, Departures 11am or before.

The Mudgee Homestead Guesthouse


Nestled on the flanks of Mount Buckaroo, the Mudgee Homestead Guesthouse is a stunning, purpose-built, Federation-style guesthouse ideally situated on 40 acres only 5 minutes from town.  The homestead looks like a classic Queenslander – a beautiful, elevated house beneath a red iron roof, wrapped in a wide, sweeping veranda which majestically overlooks the Mudgee Valley.  Guests are rewarded with the areas most spectacular panoramic views of the distant hills and surrounding vineyards.

Victoria Court Hotel is a multi level terrace set in the historic suburb of Potts Point in Sydney. The bed and breakfast is centrally located on quiet and leafy Victoria Street in the heart of Sydney’s gastronomic precinct.

This private bnb accommodation is an ideal base from which to explore central Sydney.

Nearby is the Opera House, Central Business District (CBD), Sydney Harbour, Chinatown and many famous beaches including Bondi Beach (about 10 minutes drive on a good day).
